Hello!
Its time for a new book review in English. It was awhile ago but now i have finished another audiobook. And this time its an english audiobook. So let´s start
The book that i finished last night was ”star of the sea” by Joseph o Connor.

Story: In the bitter winter of 1847, from an Ireland torn by injustice and natural disaster, the Star of the Sea sets sail for New York. On board are hundreds of fleeing refugees and this book also takes place during the Irish famine. During this book we get to follow a few people and how some of them are trying to survive to New York on this boat. We are following David Merridith Lord Kingscourt, his wife Laura, their servant Mary Duane and a few more but, David Merridith we get to follow all threw the book. How he and the others are trying to survive.
It´s tragic but i also think its an important book, because before i read about this book i had never really heard of the Irish famine. Or in swedish (den irländska svälten) So i´m glad i read this book and now i would like to read more of this author. I love history and now i want to learn more about the Irish Famine. So i gave this book 4 stars and the narrator for the book was really good and made the book even better i think. The man who narrated the book is Peter Marinker, I listen to it on my audiobook app storytel.
